ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
PLATINUM PACKAGE
Client is entitled to select 5 Cocktails + 3 Mocktails from our Menu or an Open Bar concepts.
CRYSTAL GOLD PACKAGE
Client is entitled to select 4 cocktails + 3 Mocktails from our Menu or an Open Bar Concept.
CLASSIC SILVER PACKAGE
Client is entitled to select 3 Cocktails + 2 Mocktails from our Menu.
PAYMENT
To secure your date, a 50% deposit will need to be made at the time of booking. The balance of 50% is payable not later than 2 weeks before the scheduled event date. Your date is not secured until deposit has been made.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation is possible by giving Cocktails & Essentials sufficient notice. Cocktails & Essentials will refund 100% of the deposited amount if cancellation is done 4 weeks of the event date.
Any cancellation after this time will lead to the deposit being held by Cocktails & Essentials as compensation. However, we will be happy to discuss a future date with you where the deposit can be used should that be possible.A revised quote will be discussed with client should additional services be required over and above what has been provided in the packages.We are open, ready and happy customize packages to suit/fit your budget.
